If the product you receive does not meet your expectations, you may request a return or refund within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

Return conditions:
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
  • Defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt, with photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days, using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Sale or personalized items are not eligible for return, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

SIZING
